Experience

John has 30 years in senior educational leadership across four states and seven dioceses and Catholic Education Offices gaining valuable experience in primary, secondary and adult vocational education. 

In recent years John has sat on the Boards of Education Services Australia (ESA), Asia Education Foundation (AEF), Australian College of Educators (ACE), South Australian Education Standards Board (ESB), Aquinas University Residential College and has chaired the Nazareth Catholic College Governing Council and Compass Catholic Community, a learning community for 17 to 24 year-olds. 

In December 2022, John concluded his full-time working career as Deputy Director of Catholic Education South Australia.
